Wimpy Teammates?

The Cheap Shot by Gerald Henderson(one of ACC's worst) was not nearly as dissapointing as Tyler's teammates standing there and doing NOTHING after such a cheap shot! They looked scared to death! So get ready, now that everyone knows they can cheap shot you and get away with it, it's sure to happen again. Hope Tyler's wimpy teammates never need the Big Fella to watch their back! This lack of team comradarie will eventually doom the Heels.

I Don't Think So

All four other Heels players immediately went to Hansbrough on the floor, exactly the right thing to do in that situation. When he got up, the lone senior on the floor - Dewey Burke - stayed in between Hansbrough and any sort of trouble that might get him suspended from a future game. If there's a lack of heart on this team, it wasn't evident with 14 seconds remaining.

Missing the point

Yes, Hansbrough's teammates were concerned about him and who wouldn't be with blood gushing from the face of your best player laying on the floor. Nobody questions their concern but their heart IS a different matter. I didn't see anyone angry or even upset about such a flagrant foul, including Coach Williams. Even post-game comments by Reyshawn Terry tried to minimize such a classless act by Henderson. We Tar Heel fans can try to justify this Pacifist behavior as an act of class, but in athletics today when you turn the other cheek, your opponent is going to "smack" that one too! only harder.
