The Heels’ decision to enter the NIT was a great idea. This team has shown more heart in the last three games than I have seen all season.

Viewing the NIT
as a springboard for next season, this was a great idea to enter the competition. Future’s bright, even brighter if Ed stays.
LDII still does things that tear my hair out, though.

Don't get too excited just yet.
UAB is a good team but, not a great team. Very good on defense and average at best on offense. At the end of the day, they only had two scoring options. Plus, only one that wanted the shot with the game on the line. The first UNC road game I’ve seen in person. I was impressed in how our Heels handled the croud. A lot of tarheel fans there though. The “TAR” “HEELS” chants accross the arena bugged some folks! :)
