NCAA Day 2: Harder, Better, Faster, Reboundier

That's pretty much all you have to say about UNC-Mount St. Mary's. Carolina game out strong and rested, outran and outrebounded the Mountaineers and put the game away soon enough to get the end of the bench a good five minutes of playing time. There was no 32-9 runs allowed, like last year's Eastern Kentucky game. It was a quick tune-up that showed Lawson closer to his true form, and loosened everyone up for Arkansas.

I still don't have an explanation for Clemson's collapse though. Up by 18 in the first half, the Tigers went cold, went foul-happy and went home. There's a good chance UNC will, for the second year in a row, the only ACC team to survive through the first weekend.

On the other hand, what did I tell you about Siena?
